From Carmarthen
Take the A40 towards Llandeilo, then turn left into Whitemill.
Step-by-step directions
- Take the A40 towards Llandeilo. After 3 miles, turn left into Whitemill.
- Take the first left, before the White Mill Inn, signposted to Pant-teg. There is an old school on your right just after you turn. Drive straight up the hill past the bungalows on your right, ignoring the first turning left just after the school (Merlin’s Grove).
- After 1 mile, at the road junction, bear right up the hill following the sign to Pant-teg. Your road has right of way. A chapel is on your left just past the junction.
- After 1.5 miles, at the next junction, turn right at the sign for Pant-teg.
- Bryneiddan and the Golden Hill Centre are just over half a mile on, on the left. It is the first house on the left after the junction, with a cottage opposite on the right.
From Llandeilo
Take the A40 towards Carmarthen, then turn right into Whitemill.

- Take the A40 towards Carmarthen. 3 miles before Carmarthen you will see a large sign for Whitemill. Turn right there and drive through the village.
- Pass the pub, then turn right, signposted to Pant-teg.
- After 1 mile, at the road junction, bear right up the hill following the sign to Pant-teg. Your road has right of way. A chapel is on your left just past the junction.
- After 1.5 miles, at the next junction, turn right at the sign for Pant-teg.

From Lampeter or Llandysul
Take the A485 towards Carmarthen, then turn left at Rhydargaeau towards Horeb.
Step-by-step directions
- On the Lampeter to Carmarthen road (A485), pass through Alltwalis and Pontarsais. A short way after Pontarsais you will see the village sign for Rhydargaeau and a speed camera sign. Straight after the sign, turn left. This is a narrow turning signposted to Horeb.
- After about half a mile, at the T-junction, turn left.
- After about a mile and a half, at the next T-junction, turn right, signposted to Whitemill.
- After about a mile, turn left at the first council road you come to, signposted to Pant-teg.
- The Golden Hill Centre is just over half a mile on, on the left. It is the first place on the left after the house by the junction, with a cottage opposite on the right.
